Payments accepted through Etsy direct checkout (credit card, debit card, Etsy gift card, some bank transfer services, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet).
Direct Checkout: orders will be processed once the payment has been received.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments to Canada that are handled by national carriers like the United States Postal Service and Royal Mail via Canada Post may be delayed.

The order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping address provided on the PayPal page, if different, won’t be considered.

Regular products: usually I proceed with shipping within 1-3 working days from payment being received.
Made-to-order products: depending on the amount of pieces ordered, production timing may take approximately from 1 to 2 weeks before shipping. For each custom order, production times will be individually communicated.

Each handmade item is provided with a certificate of authenticity and with care instructions.

Please be aware that additional delivery fees may be applied in some Countries. This is not depending on the seller.

Delivery time
All items are shipped from Italy.
Please note that the following timings are approximate:
- Shipping within Italy normally takes 2-3 working days
- Packages shipped to EU normally takes 5-8 working days
- Shipping to the USA may be subject to some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally arrive in around 2 weeks, however they may be delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
- Shipping in the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
